cabin fever is delicate. help us preserve it.
- respect others :: zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment in any form. violators will be escorted from the venue. not here, not anywhere
- respect space :: zero tolerance for theft or vandalism. our cabin is not your cabin. violators will be escorted at the discretion of the organizers
- leave no trace :: all personal belongings must be removed after the party
- no BYOB alcohol :: food is OK. we have a private bar + restaurant onsite. this is a state issue — guests do not have a liquor license, but the venue does
- smoking is allowed :: only in designated outdoor smoking areas
- no illegal drugs per idaho state law. this includes marijuana
- fires allowed :: in rings and kitchen stoves only
- mind your footwear :: prepare for snow outside + a dance floor inside
- look after yourself and each other :: please help the event organizers if you see anyone breaking these rules. we understand mistakes happen — organizers will stay aware

lodging
lodging is available only for those who purchased specific tickets (iykyk)
- single day tickets :: do not include onsite lodging — arrange a DD or stay in victor, id (5 min drive).
- car camping :: available for $35/night — dedicated RV sites only (including power hookups)
- nearby lodging :: teton valley resort ($100/night) / finn and feather inn ($190/night)
- for those with lodging tickets :: due to capacity constraints, bed space may be shared. check your email for more info 2 weeks before the event

transportation
plan to drive or carpool to the site solo. no taxi / uber availability
- driving in :: venue is a 30-45 minute drive from jackson hole. there is ample parking onsite. rentals are available at jackson hole airport. please have a DD ready if you intend to drive home.
- carpooling in :: rideshare details will be sent to ticket holders via email ~1 month before the event.
- flying in :: venue is 45-60 minutes from jackson hole airport (JAC) — 1.5hrs from idaho falls (IDA) — 4hrs from salt lake city (SLC). we recommend you fly in thursday and arrange transportation in advance
- uber / taxi service :: uber / taxis are inconsistent in rural idaho. we recommend scheduling these 2+ days in advance via local services

phones allowed. wifi available. be wise.
- we invite you to unplug :: phones are allowed, but discouraged. you’ll find spaces to store your phone if it needs a time out.
- photos are welcome :: we ask you to be aware that many guests come to escape. each LCD screen burns a pin hole in the container of the dance floor experience — just make your screen time count.

what_to_pack
plan for below freezing with snowcover... and a ripping hot dance floor
- dress warmly, wear layers :: average temps are 15°F - 40°F in march. the dance floor & lodging are separate buildings. you will need to walk in the snow between them. coat racks will be available onsite for indoor-outdoor transitions.
- mind your footwear :: bring shoes for snowtravel + for dancing
- bedding is provided ::but feel free to bring extra pillows / comforts

- outer shell (i.e. ski jacket, layerable rain coat)
- insulated layer (i.e. puffer jacket, thick sweatshirt)
- inner layer (i.e. fleece, sweatshirt)

- outdoor shoes (durable & warm, semi-waterproof, wearable in 4” snow)

- complimentary snowshoe + cross-country ski rentals :: available for residential guests only.
- nearby ski resorts :: grand targhee + jackson hole mountain resort are ~30 minutes away for the incline inclined.
- creekside sauna + cold plunge :: managed by staff onsite
- weekend activities :: pool table, meditation, yoga, the most important conversation of your life, etc.
